We welcome contributions to The Tech Trident! If you’d like to share your insights with our readers, please send your pitch to editor@thetechtrident.com. Before reaching out, make sure to review the submission guidelines below to align with our content approach.
What We’re Looking For
The Tech Trident is a space for forward-thinking ideas and discussions around technology. We aim for content that is insightful, well-supported, and approachable.
Submission Guidelines
To ensure your article is a good fit, keep these points in mind:
- Audience relevance – Your topic should resonate with professionals in our industry.
- Evidence-based insights – Articles should include examples, research, or case studies to support key points.
- Educational tone – Content should be informative and neutral, avoiding overt promotion of products, services, or companies.
Here’s how to make your article stand out:
- Write in a conversational style, using first-person storytelling where appropriate. Instead of saying, “It is thought,” opt for something more direct, like, “I believe” or “experts agree.”
- Back up your points with real-world evidence, such as studies or success stories. If examples are hypothetical, clearly indicate that. You can omit specific names if necessary for confidentiality.
- Avoid promotional content. Save details about your business for your author bio, where you can include a link to your website.
- Credit all your sources. When referencing data or quotes, provide as much detail as possible—such as the publication, author, and date—and hyperlink to online sources when available.
- Aim for 750–1,000 words. Longer pieces (up to 2,000 words) are welcome for more in-depth topics.
How to Submit
To pitch an article, email the following information to our managing editor:
- Your name, job title, and company (if applicable).
- The topic you’d like to write about, with a working title.
- A brief outline of the main ideas your article will cover.
We’ll review your pitch and respond with feedback or questions. If your idea is approved, we’ll ask for a draft. Once submitted, your article will go through a review and editing process, which may include a couple of revisions to meet our publication standards.
Publishing Process
Once your final draft is approved, we’ll assume that any permissions (e.g., for quotes or examples) have been secured. The Tech Trident operates independently and doesn’t submit content for third-party approval.
